Unique Art Glass Studio's Kiln Cast Glass
products are some of the finest and highest quality glass creations
in the industry.

Kiln cast glass' nature is to have imperfections that make this glass unique
with characteristics such as swirls, surface bubbles, haze,
streaks and various random line patterns.

Imperfections are considered DESIRABLE in kiln cast glass
and will NOT be allowed as a reason to reject a shipment.

Kiln cast embossed designs will vary from glass panel to glass panel
and from job to job. Samples submitted for approval may vary from
the actual pattern of the finished glass piece.

Keep in mind your sample piece of glass is representing a small portion
of a much larger glass panel. We try to represent the texture of the finished
piece of glass in your sample piece, however, since the finished product
will be much larger, the scale and look of the larger, finished texture may
be different than the sample piece.

Damage Claims:
Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon arrival
before signing the delivery receipt.
Notify Unique Art Glass Studio immediately if there is any damage
to the merchandise.

Damage claims will not be honored if the shipment
is not inspected and damage reported to us upon delivery.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped fully insured, freight prepaid, F.O.B.
specified destination or job site.

Inspection:
We assume no responsibility for installation labor or any other costs
associated with replacing the glass should it get damaged before
or during installation, NOR are we responsible for the glass once
you have accepted an undamaged shipment.
